COMING SOON!

To further enhance your level of personalized care, we are pleased to announce that we will be moving to a new and improved online patient portal on Tuesday, May 9, 2017!

That means on May 9, 2017, we will be switching from the current portal to the new and improved portal. You will need to create a new portal account, as your information from the current portal account will not transfer to your new account.   Please save any information from your current portal account.

Beginning on May 9, using your own secure password, you can log into the online patient portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort and privacy of your home or office. With the new and improved portal, you can:

  • View and schedule appointments  – no more waiting on the phone to schedule appointments; you can now do this quickly and easily on the new patient portal
  • You have the ability to decide how you receive appointment reminders - by text message, email or phone
  • Complete your health history form at home instead of when you arrive at the clinic
  • Retrieve test results
  • Request prescriptions and refills
  • Communicate with your doctor and care team by sending and receiving secure messages
  • View personal health information
  • Update demographic information
  • Browse health facts and information
  • View your billing statements and balance
  • Make secure credit card payments

How do you sign up for the new and improved patient portal? It’s easy.  Starting on May 9, here are the three ways to sign up:

  1. Provide an email address when you check in at the front desk of the clinic, beginning May 9, to receive your secure email invitation to get registered.
  2. Register with your SmartPhone at the front desk of the clinic beginning May 9; the clinic can send you a text message with a link to the portal and a password.
  3. Visit the patient portal link (portal link to be shared on May 9).

The new and improved online patient portal will help you save time, avoid playing phone tag with your doctor and stay educated about ways to keep your family healthy and safe.
